Senior Producer and Creative Operations Lead with a career approaching 20 years — split between delivering production at volume and building the operational infrastructure that makes that possible. I can run the day to day and also shape how the operations run at a higher level.

I've worked across animation, live action, brand content, social, digital, content for events, marketing games, and multi-market adapts and translations — through agencies, studios and in-house teams. I have over a thousand projects delivered across that time.

Most recently at Hocus Pocus Studio, I served as Series Producer on Ready, Eddie, Go!, a BAFTA-nominated children's animation series for Sky Kids.

I work with creatives, not as one. Pipelines, schedules, workflows, budgets, recruitment, relationships, managing fast paced environments and shifting priorities — the detail is where productions succeed or fail, and it's where I focus.

I’m particularly interested in how production is evolving — how workflows, tools and AI are changing the way content is made and scaled. I'm also interested in digital marketing in more general terms and have recently completed Digital Marketing in an AI World, a 3 month course at London Business School. This deepened my understanding of content strategy, analytics and the evolving landscape of how brands can engage their audiences.
